Problems of Networkers – Part 1

Let’s tackle who to let know about your business. You were probably told to make a list and let’s start contacting them. The main purpose is for creating business partners. How did that work for you? In some cases well, some not so well.

Let’s begin by first defining who we want to talk to and I am talking business builders here and not just product users. How do you determine your target market? You may be asking what a target market is. Your target market should be people seeking to change their lives and who want to be entrepreneurs. Many say they are looking for a home business but most are looking for jobs. Those forms where people fill out online are attracting job seekers and not entrepreneurs and some are not seeking either.

The job seeker is the last person you want to talk to about your business and it is easy to see why. They are looking for a job and income right now; not residual income in the future. You could run across a person that wants to be an entrepreneur in this group but it will be few and far between.

You are looking for someone that has either been in business already, someone who understands network marketing, or someone who is currently in network marketing but may not truly be active. They could be seeking another business as they are no longer interested in promoting what they are currently involved with.

I have given you a lot to think about here and I sincerely hope you take the time to contemplate what has been said. Part 2 of the LEADS piece will come to you in a few days so be on the lookout for Problems of Networkers – Product Users.

Success is within you!

Freedom Part 1 – Financial

I have been putting some thoughts together on this and it is taking me a while because there is so much that I could write about.

What I have come up with is in its simplest form.  Financial freedom is when you have reached a point where your residual income supercedes your monthly bills.  For those of you who have not quite grasped the concept of residual income take a few minutes and look it up.  Residual income may also be referred to as passive income.

As a networker, we are always striving to reach a level of comfortability.  Reaching financial freedom is not an easy task, but just imagine when you get to that point and can afford to do anything you want at any time without any worries whatsoever.  Then and only then have you completely reached the true meaning of financial freedom.

Stay tuned for part 2 which is time freedom

Residual or Passive Income

Hello,

Let’s take a look at why residual income is what you should be seeking. If you are working a 9 to 5 you are trading hours for wages. Furthermore you are letting someone else determine what your value is. Wouldn’t you like to determine your true value? Network Marketing affords you the opportunity to do just that.

What is residual income? Residual income, also known as passive income; is the ability to perform a task one time and get paid month over month without having to perform that task again. I don’t know about you but this sounds like a winner to me. Does your “JOB” allow you to do this? Well network marketing gives any and everyone that chance. Is it easy to do? I would say for the majority it is not but is it worth the effort…most definitely.

Success is within you,

How to Evaluate a Business

I thought about the title being how to evaluate a network marketing business but this relates to basically any type of business.  This one is going to be good so sit back and enjoy.

There are 4 steps to evaluating a business and I will list them and then give you a breakdown of each:

1.  Large and expanding market – When I speak of a large and expanding market I am referring to the potential growth a particular market has.  You can look at it like this; when you are growing your network marketing business you are looking for exponential growth and the same should be expected of the business market you are researching.

2.  Re-occurring need – This is self-explanatory.  Will there be a constant need for your particular product service on an on-going basis.

3.  Timing and trends – Fads come and go but trends last for a while.  Is this the right time and are you in position to take advantage of the trend that is occurring.

4.  Leverage and Residual Income – Does the market you’re researching provide leverage and produce income over and over again without you having to continuously perform the same tasks day in and day out.

I hope this helps you in evaluating a business, and if you are currently involved in a business you can use these steps to re-evaluate it.

As always success is within you,

Rodney

P.S. Remember that competition is good.  If there is no competition in your market you might want to re-think your situation.
