Problems of Networkers – Part 1

Let’s tackle who to let know about your business. You were probably told to make a list and let’s start contacting them. The main purpose is for creating business partners. How did that work for you? In some cases well, some not so well.

Let’s begin by first defining who we want to talk to and I am talking business builders here and not just product users. How do you determine your target market? You may be asking what a target market is. Your target market should be people seeking to change their lives and who want to be entrepreneurs. Many say they are looking for a home business but most are looking for jobs. Those forms where people fill out online are attracting job seekers and not entrepreneurs and some are not seeking either.

The job seeker is the last person you want to talk to about your business and it is easy to see why. They are looking for a job and income right now; not residual income in the future. You could run across a person that wants to be an entrepreneur in this group but it will be few and far between.

You are looking for someone that has either been in business already, someone who understands network marketing, or someone who is currently in network marketing but may not truly be active. They could be seeking another business as they are no longer interested in promoting what they are currently involved with.

I have given you a lot to think about here and I sincerely hope you take the time to contemplate what has been said. Part 2 of the LEADS piece will come to you in a few days so be on the lookout for Problems of Networkers – Product Users.

Success is within you!

Quality Lead Generation

I thought it was time that I touched on this subject for just a few moments.  The question always arises; how do I find quality leads for my business.  If you have tried family and friends and that has worked well for you, I congratulate you.  If that method has not worked well for you don’t feel bad because it works with limited success for many of the network marketers out there also.

Buying leads can be useful but you have to be very careful as many of the so-called leads you are receiving are generic.  More than likely they filled out an on-line form about making extra money from home.  The problem is those people might not be looking for a network marketing home business.  This puts you in the predicament of talking to people that really are not interested in what you have to offer in the way of a network marketing business.

What’s your next step?  Generating your own leads is the best avenue to take because you know where they are coming from, you know what method or methods you used to generate those leads, and you also know that those person(s) are specifically looking for what you have if you have targeted the specific market you are seeking to join your business.

Here is a great place to learn how to generate your own leads.

Success is within you,
