Hello again…I just returned from a weeks vacation and picked up a copy of John C. Maxwell’s “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership”. I suggest if you have not read it you take the time and pick up a copy. It will give you some eye-opening and jaw-dropping moments that will most definitely help you in your journey towards greatness in the network marketing industry and more importantly life.
Today I am going to deviate from my normal topics about this industry and talk about mindset. This is probably the most significant thing that you will ever read from me. You might be wondering how I came up with this title. I listened to a speech by Les Brown and this was his topic. It was so powerful that I wanted to share it with you.
Whatever you are attempting to do in life…remember it’s possible. Whatever obstacles get in your way when you are attempting to achieve some goal or tasks…remember it’s possible. Whenever there seems that you will never get to that place you are seeking…remember it’s possible. I was taught it is always darkest before the dawn which means just when you are about to give up; don’t because the light is at the end of the tunnel. If you give up you will never achieve your goal. If you keep plugging away bit by bit you will eventually reach your destination. The only way to ever fail in anything is to quit. Quitters never win and winners never quit.
I hope you take the time to read this and read again if necessary and remember in life all things are possible.

You have undoubtedly heard about the economy and how it is starting to improve. The question still remains is it improving to the point where more jobs are going to be created here in the USA to replace those jobs that have been cut in the last 18-24 months. If you are one of the fortunate to not have been affected count your blessings. Even at that rate I would sugges you come up with a “Plan B” just in case something happens unexpectedly with “Plan A”. Many people have turned to network marketing in order to supplement their current income with the potential to replace that plan A income altogether.
I am not here to tell anyone what to do but I would say use the boy scout motto and always be prepared.

I know it has been a while since I have made a post. I have been helping my wife out with her event planning business and doing a lot of running around. Anyway, this will be short.
I was listening to my favorite Jim Rohn cd a few days ago and this just stuck in my mind. Don’t wish things were easier, wish you were better. I will decipher this in my own words. Many of us and I include myself in this as well; look for the easy and quick way to reach a goal. Success is never really attainable without hard work and dedication to the cause. Remember if this were truly easy, everyone would be doing it. What separates us networkers from everyone else out there is our mindset. We are constantly coming up with various ways to achieve the goal if the path we are on is not getting the results we desire.
Remember what my friend Mr. Jim Rohn says, “Don’t wish things were easier, wish you were better”.
