Another Form of “Leverage”

I had this revelation just a few minutes ago before I started typing and I had to share this with you.

We know in the realm of network marketing and being distributors that the main concept is to leverage everyone’s skills in order to grow a business.  I want to share with you the leverage my wife is creating and maybe the picture will become a little more clear to you.

My wife is an event/wedding coordinator.  In that profession, you are always using the power of leverage to get things done.  How you may ask?  In planning events; you would need photographers, caterers, venues, and decorations just to name a few.  My wife is good but she is not a photographer or a caterer so she has to find the right people to help her get the job done.  She is leveraging the time and talents of others in order to achieve her desired goal which is to create a truly “Sparkling Affair”.

You see how your networking business is exactly the same.  You want to find and work with the right type of people so you can leverage their time and talents and in turn your partners can do the same in order to reach the ultimate goal which is whatever your reason is for being in this business.

Until next time success is within you,

Rodney

Freedom Part III – Relationship

Hello,

After this post, we are 60 percent of the way thru our five part series on freedom.  First, I would like to define relationship.  There are many various definitions to this word relationship but the one that caught my eye is a passionate attachment.  A passionate attachment is someone or something that you feel strongly about and are willing to put your heart and soul into.

My family, friends, and business partners fall into this category.  Why?  Because all is built on relationships and relationship building.  When you nurture and cultivate these relationships it helps build a tighter bond or attachment.

You may be asking how this ties into network marketing.  Network marketing is a business built upon building and cultivating relationships.  If you take nothing away from this entire post; remember in life you must find something to be passionate about.  In my case, I have several things that I have a strong attachment towards.

Until next time success is within each of you,

Rodney

I know this is totally unrelated to network marketing but is anybody out there ready for some football.  Any Cowboy fans out there.  I know…either you love them or you hate them.  I just happen to love the Cowboys and can’t wait for the new stadium to open.  When my son truly understands the game, it will be a proud day for me when we are sitting there watching the beloved boys.

Take Care,

Rodney

In the coming days and weeks I am going to be discussing these at length.  I actually belong to several business networking sites and will be gathering information from other entrepreneurs as well as networkers who have chimed in on the discussion as I posted this question to them.  Stay tuned.

The Color of Love

Hello,

This is kind of off the beaten path but if you hang in there with me I will tie this together with your network marketing business and it will all make sense.  When I married my lovely wife the colors for the wedding were fuchsia and orange.  Now, let me clear one thing up.  The guys did not have either color for their tux.  I know you are thinking; whew.    Here is what those particular colors represent.  Fuchsia signifies happiness and enthusiasm.  Orange signifies the spreading of joy, optimism, independence and well-being.

Let’s start with fuchsia and happiness and enthusiasm.  Do you remember when you started your business how enthusiastic and happy you were about your decision?  You were going to set the world on fire and change your life.  Some times things don’t always go the way you want them to but you still have to keep that enthusiasm.  If you persist and keep striving towards your goal and eventually achieve it, can you imagine how happy you will be?

Let’s talk a little about orange which I stated earlier signifies the spreading of joy, optimism, independence and well-being.  You have a vehicle in network marketing that can spread the message of joy, optimism, independence and well-being.  You might be asking yourself how.  Network marketing can provide all of these things to the right person.  If someone is looking for a career change and doesn’t want to work a traditional job any more, you can provide them an avenue that there is another way.  That is optimism.   This industry has the ability to produce independence in the form of financial and time.  How would you like to one day not have to worry about money?  How would you like not to have to worry about being somewhere at a specific time because you are on your own time? I would imagine this would create all types of joy in your life and not to mention a state of well-being.

I hope I have tied all the pieces together and this will help you see why just thinking about the two colors of Rodney & Monique can play an important role in your career.

Until next time success is within,

Rodney
