Prospecting is basically talking to people to see if your particular business can help someone improve their current situation.

Recruiting is sharing information about what you do to help relieve one of the stresses people have.

I was recently in a training class and I wanted to share this with you.

1. Prepare for Success. Our first responsibility is to become someone people will want to follow.
2. Game plan that benefits others
3. Plan to do the work
4. We have to have a merger – a meeting of the minds
5. Master people handling skills
6. Get started now
7. Have to learn patience
8. Weekly Goal Setter, weekly goal hitter. I still struggle with this one sometimes,.
9. Be excited about what you are doing
10. You have to develop a will to “WIN”
